A 2,000 sqm² high end design of a two levels villa. The villa is accessed through an entrance leading to a bright double-height Living room comfortably furnished overlooking the pool. From the same entrance, you access the Dining room with large windows.

A 1,200 sqm² high end design of a three levels villa. The villa is constructed in a U shape surrounding a beautiful garden. The style of the villa is modern with a touch of traditional simplicity represented in the minimal moldings on the walls.

A nautical-desert combination style that speaks of the national elements of UAE and represents in some of its features the traditional fishing boat and the sand dunes. The concept design is a Music Treatment Center, a leisure educational center.
